These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LaunchKit (the "Service"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. What You're Getting

Your LaunchKit environment includes:

• Pre-built AI agents — a complete set of trained agents covering research, product creation, launch automation, and revenue operations
• Pre-loaded workflows — every workflow is configured, tested, and optimised to get you from zero to a live product as fast as possible
• Pre-trained skills — the agents come loaded with the knowledge and instructions needed to operate successfully from day one, without any manual setup on your part
• Hosted infrastructure — your environment runs on our managed servers; you don't need to install, configure, or maintain anything

Access is delivered via email within minutes of payment confirmation. If you haven't received your credentials within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact help@trylaunchkit.com.

2. Access and License

Upon purchase, LaunchKit grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use your hosted environment for your own business purposes. You may:

• Use the AI agents and workflows to build, launch, and operate your own digital business
• Use all outputs commercially — products, sales pages, emails, ad copy, and any other content generated through the system
• Customise agent instructions and workflows within your own environment

You may not:

• Share, transfer, or sell your access credentials to any other person or entity
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the LaunchKit system or any part of it as your own product
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the underlying agent configurations, prompts, or workflows
• Use the system in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or interferes with our servers or infrastructure

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). By completing your purchase, you authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Refund Policy

5. Lifetime Access

Your purchase includes lifetime access to your LaunchKit environment, including all future updates, improvements, and new agents we add to the system — at no additional cost. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the LaunchKit product. In the unlikely event that we discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

LaunchKit, including all agent configurations, workflows, skills, prompts, interfaces, and associated materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of LaunchKit. Your purchase grants a personal usage license as described in Section 2, but ownership of the system and its components remains solely with us.

Content and outputs you generate using LaunchKit belong to you.

7. Disclaimers and Earnings

LaunchKit is provided as a tool to help you build and operate a business. We do not guarantee specific financial results. Revenue figures, case studies, and examples shared in our marketing reflect real reported outcomes — but your results will depend on your effort, your market, and how you apply the system.

The system is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep it running reliably, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. AI-generated outputs should always be reviewed by a human before publication or distribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LaunchKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your LaunchKit purchase.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LaunchKit if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the service. In cases of material breach, termination may be immediate and without prior notice.

10. Changes to the Service

We are constantly improving LaunchKit. We may update, modify, or expand the agents, workflows, and features available in your environment. These changes are generally additive and will be reflected in your account automatically.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify active users by email. Your continued use of LaunchKit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith, and where necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
