1. The Promise
We stand behind LaunchKit. If it doesn't deliver value, you get your money back. Period. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email help@trylaunchkit.com with the subject line "Refund"
- Include the email address you used to purchase
- That's it — no surveys, no retention calls, no "are you sure"
We process refunds within 24 business hours. Funds typically appear on your statement in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. What Happens After a Refund
- Your access to LaunchKit materials will be revoked
- Any downloaded files you continue to use are considered a violation of our Terms of Service
- You may not repurchase under a different email to circumvent this policy
4. After 30 Days
After the 30-day window, refunds are issued at our sole discretion. We consider requests in cases of technical issues or other exceptional circumstances — just email us.
5. Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please email us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us can result in permanent loss of access to LaunchKit and future products. We're reasonable — we'd rather just fix the problem.
6. Payment Processor
Refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method.
